Little potato dumplings

Tronchetti are a tasty alternative to the classic Gnocchi and Chicche, typical, traditional Italian dishes. They are based on the original recipe that combines selected potatoes and soft flour, but the difference is they only take 2 minutes to cook. The characteristic tubes combined with the soft consistency of the dough bring a touch of originality to even the simplest recipes.

Ingredients: potato puree 80%[water, dehytrated potato flakes 24%(potatoes 99%,spices)],potato starch 15%, WHEAT flour, rice flour, spices, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain SOY and MUSTARD.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4C°) and use within 3 days.
