Ingredients: potato puree 75% (fresh potatoes 27%, total, water, potato starch 13.5% total, potato flakes 8% total), cornflour, corn starch, rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid , preservative: potassium sorbate.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4C°) and use within 3 days.
