Potato puree 71,4% (fresh potatoes 28,5% of total, water, potato starch 14,2% of total), wholemeal WHEAT flour 28,5%, wholemeal rice flour, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate. May contain SOY and MUSTARD

Packaged in a protective atmosphere. Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated (+4°C) and use within 3 days.
