Returns and Refunds
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Consumer Code, you will have the right to withdraw from the Purchase Contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Products were delivered to you, and in any case within the terms and conditions indicated in this article, subject to the exceptions provided for in Article 59 of the Consumer Code (as detailed in point 8.8 of the Terms of Sale).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact Customer Service at the email address customerservice@dececco.it or through the contact form on the Website, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Products for which the right of withdrawal is being exercised.
Returns
The return procedure is initiated only following your request to exercise this right by contacting Customer Service and only in the following cases:
• If you notice damage to the package and/or some packaging upon delivery;
• If you identify an error in the composition of the delivered package compared to the order placed, or if there are missing ordered products;
• If you identify an anomaly in the composition of the product.
In all the above cases, and following your request, the Seller will verify the actual existence of the conditions necessary for initiating a return and refund procedure.
Refunds
A refund procedure can refer to two different types of situations:
• Refund of the total amount related to a Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised due to a detected alteration that entitles the Customer to a warranty, making replacement impossible;
• Partial refund related to an order for which one or more Products were unavailable at the time of shipment.
