Returns
The return procedure is initiated only following your request to exercise this right by contacting Customer Service and only in the following cases:
• If you notice damage to the package and/or some packaging upon delivery;
• If you identify an error in the composition of the delivered package compared to the order placed, or if there are missing ordered products;
• If you identify an anomaly in the composition of the product.
In all the above cases, and following your request, the Seller will verify the actual existence of the conditions necessary for initiating a return and refund procedure.
Refunds
A refund procedure can refer to two different types of situations:
• Refund of the total amount related to a Product for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised due to a detected alteration that entitles the Customer to a warranty, making replacement impossible;
• Partial refund related to an order for which one or more Products were unavailable at the time of shipment.
