Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without specifying any reasons within 14 days from when you or a third party designated by you (i) received the product or (ii) in the event of purchase of several products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Eurostep Commerce Srl, with registered office in Montebelluna (TV), Viale Feltrina Sud 192, 31044, by sending an email to HelpOnline@dececco.it stating your decision to withdraw using the attached withdrawal form and follow the instructions in the withdrawal confirmation email that you will receive from De Cecco. Remember to include the completed return form in the package together with the product, and send it to: Magazzino Quarantena c/o F.lli De Cecco - Via F. De Cecco - 66015 Fara S. Martino (CH), Italy.
To comply with the terms of withdrawal, all you have to do is submit your request using the form before the withdrawal period expires.
If you withdraw, you will be refunded for any payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery different from the least costly standard delivery offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from when Eurostep Commerce Srl receives your decision to withdraw. Such refunds shall be made using the same payment method as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have specifically requested a different payment method, in which case you shall be responsible for any additional costs resulting from the different payment method chosen. It is the Consumer's responsibility to inform the Seller of the bank information for the bank transfer of the refund by email sent to HelpOnline@dececco.it, and to ensure that the Seller has all the information necessary to be able to return the amount due. The refund may be suspended until the goods have been received or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods as a result of handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods.
Returns due to defect or non-conformity
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our Customer Care by sending the attached form, completed in its entirety, and attaching photographic proof. You can do so using the contact form or by writing to HelpOnline@dececco.it.
Customer Care will send you a confirmation email with instructions on shipping and replacing or refunding the item purchased.
