Description
The 7-Grain Tagliatelle is a long flat pasta like the classic semolina versions, but offers a pleasantly surprising alternative for your recipes, and is also a natural source of fibre, protein and phosphorus. Its versatility makes it tasty with all sorts of ingredients: excellent with sauces, perfect with fish or shellfish or white sauces with soft cheese or light cream, and delicious also with a dash of curry powder or saffron. Available in 250g packets.

Durum wheat semolina 80%, wholemeal spelt flour 10%, wholemeal barley flour 4%, wholemeal rye flour 2%, wholemeal oats flour 2%, wholemeal corn flour 1% and wholemeal millet flour 1%. May contain soy and mustard.
