Tronchetti are a tasty alternative to the classic Gnocchi and Chicche, typical, traditional Italian dishes. They are based on the original recipe that combines selected potatoes and soft flour, but the difference is they only take 2 minutes to cook. The characteristic tubes combined with the soft consistency of the dough bring a touch of originality to even the simplest recipes.
