Firm, textured and solid, it is particularly recommended for strong sauces and even more delicious when quickly tossed in the pan with a drop of oil. It is perfect for traditional recipes like Spaghetti Carbonara, Spaghetti Amatriciana and Spaghetti alla Gricia, but also with quick and easy solutions like oil, garlic and chilli pepper.
