The fabulous orange colour makes this pasta attractive and eye-catching, while the taste both surprises and delights – the texture of our gluten-free Sedanini is similar to classic versions, with the rich taste and aroma of red lentils in a pasta that can still be cooked ‘al dente’. We recommend adding a haricot bean cream, and enhancing with a topping of breadcrumbs toasted with rosemary. Available in 250 g packs.
